If you did not withdraw your remaining balance by your communicated closure date, please be advised that a monthly expense of EUR 1.79 will be deducted from your remaining balance from January 1st 2024 onwards to cover service and maintenance costs.
This expense will be withdrawn at the end of every month from your remaining positive balance until any remaining balance is withdrawn or there is no positive balance left.
In order not to incur this expense, we kindly ask you to withdraw your remaining balance as soon as possible.
If you still have not removed your remaining balance by your communicated closure date, you can submit a withdrawal request via the Solaris Help Center for us to execute a manual withdrawal.
