Once you receive a termination notice, you can continue to use the Helios app and have access to your account and cards without limitation for 2 months. However, after the 2 month notice period expires, your account will be closed and it will no longer be possible to access and make changes to your account. You can contact Helios Help Centre to transfer the positive balance via this link.
It is essential to make necessary arrangements for any pending transactions or transfers before the termination takes effect. Moreover please make sure to cover any negative balance.
