Deactivate your direct debits since they will then no longer be cleared by Solaris SE; existing standing orders will also be deleted
Notify all parties from whom you’re expecting incoming payments
Download your transaction history
Make sure to settle your account balance if it’s overdrawn
Transfer your remaining funds to another account to avoid any disruptions, by logging into the Vivid Money App and transferring your funds (including multicurrency accounts) to another account. Please ensure you have 0.00€ balance remaining before your account will be closed. Please note that once your account is terminated, the transfer of funds can only be done by Solaris, and in certain cases we reserve the right to collect an expense per transfer request per account.
