Why was the Splitpay credit line discontinued?
The "Splitpay" product, a collaboration between Solaris and American Express, is being discontinued due to strategic changes in our product offerings.
Is the discontinuation based on my personal creditworthiness?
No. The discontinuation is a company-wide decision that affects all users of the product. It is not related to your individual creditworthiness.
Can I still use my Splitpay credit line until the termination date?
Yes, you can continue to use your credit line as usual until the final termination date of July 31, 2025, and take out loans within the agreed limit.
What will happen to the loans I have already taken out through Splitpay?
All existing loans you have taken out via this credit line will remain unaffected by the discontinuation. They will continue under the same terms and according to the existing installment plan until the end of the originally agreed-upon term. Your existing loan obligations and conditions will not change.
